Do you remember UTFO? You do? Then you will know who Doctor Ice is. :) If you don't know UTFO, then you must be very young. Well, Doctor Ice was one of the members of the group, UTFO who had the infamous hit, "Roxanne, Roxanne". This video is one of Doctor Ice's solo tracks from his album, The Mic Stalker, that was released in 1989. The video is called "Word To The Wise". There is some good dancing in this video. The rapping is not too bad either.
